  • 摘要: 本文就EXAFS研究非晶态合金原子近邻结构时曲线拟合数据分析中能量阈值调节参量对分析结果的影响进行了模型计算,并且提出了解决方法。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the effects of the fitting parameter △E0 on the structural determinations in the EXAFS structural study of amorphous alloys have been discussed through the model calculations. The results show that the cancellation of the fitting parameter △E0 can increase the reliability of the data analysis in the EXAFS structural study of amorphous alloys.
