摘要: COADS月整编资料含19个要素,各要素分别有4种统计方式,一个要素的一种统计式为一个文件,共76个文件。文件的内部结构彼此相同,分为信息头和数据域二部分。本文分析了文件信息头和数据域的结构组成,从而提供了解读文件的可能性。
