用Galerkin方法分析扩散对非线性色谱流出曲线的影响

摘要: 用Galerkin方法计算了含扩散的非线性色谱方程,计算结果表明了扩散对流出曲线及保留时间的影响。对边值条件作了讨论。对非线性代数方程组的初值选取作了适当处理。所得结果表明在扩散系数D增大时,流出图形由激波型转变为高斯型。相应的保留时间t_R对D的变化率由正变负。

Abstract: In this paper, Using the Galerkin method, the study is made, which is about the Inflence of axial dispersion on the elution profile and retention time t_R in nonlinear chromatography, The results show that when the diffusion coefficient D increases, the elution curve changes from "shock type" to "Gauss type", and the rate of chang of t_R due to D from positive to negative.
