用Boltzmann输运方程计算注入离子在靶中的分布
APPLICATION OF THE BOLTZMANN TRANSPORT EQUATION TO ION RANGE IN TARGETS

摘要: 本文根据Boltzmann粒子输运理论,利用人们在粒子与固体相互作用方面所取得的最新成果,在Simth等人的基础上,在计算方法上进行优化、改进,对注入离子在靶中的分布进行了数值计算,汁算结果与实验结果基本上符合,并与著名的Monte Carlo程序TRIM所计算的结果进行了对比,二者有很好的一致性。Abstract: The Boltzmann transport equation and the new results obtained in the interaction between the particle and solid materials research are applied to calculate the ion range in targets. The results calculated are compared favorably with experimental results and the results calculated by the famous Monte carlo code TRIM.
