Abstract: The transportation behavior of electric-field domains in a n-doped weakly coupled GaAs/AlAs superlattices under dc+ac voltage bias is studied numerically within a discrete drift model.Fixing the ac driving frequency at the golden mean ratio,the quasiperiodicity、requency-locking and chaos of the current for different ac amplitude are analyzed.
